What these terms cover?

These are the terms and conditions on which I supply goods to you.

Why you should read them?

Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who I am, how I will provide products to you, how you and myself may change or end the order, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact myself.

Payment

Callie’s Sparkly Gifts accepts payments via PayPal which is one of the world’s leading online secure payment companies. When you place an order on my website you will be redirected to PayPal, who will then take your card details over a secure connection. I will not receive your card details at any point. You will then return to the website.
Goods will not be dispatched until your payment has been authorised by PayPal. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment I will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of goods.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders for items that have been accidentally mis-priced.

Ordering

All invoices must be paid in Pounds Sterling. All orders are subject to acceptance by myself and to product availability. You must make sure that the details you provide are true and accurate. I cannot take responsibility for problems caused if the details you provide are incorrect.
If you order goods which are not available from stock, I will contact via email. You can then choose to wait until the goods are available or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. If only part of your order is out of stock I can dispatch the in stock items immediately and outstanding items will be dispatched when available at no extra cost. Or you can wait for the other items to be available and I will dispatch all together. This can be discussed further via email contact.

I reserve the right to change the prices of my products at any time. Please check all prices before placing your order.
Sale items are excluded from any other offers and promotions (please refer to Loyalty Card tab)

I will send the confirmation email to the email address you give to myself when you place your order. It sets out details of the products you wish to buy, the cost (including any P&P charges).
You must check all the details on the confirmation email are correct and contact myself as soon as possible if any details are wrong. Once production of a personalised item has commenced, then you will be unable to cancel or amend an order. Amendments can be made at an extra cost at your own discretion.
If your order has not been accepted, I will email you to tell you why.

My Products

My products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on my website are for illustrative purposes only. Although I have made every effort to display the colours accurately, I cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the items. 

Delivery

We can only give approximate delivery periods based on approximate dispatch times. Please see our Postage and Shipping page for further information.
Lost or Delayed Items
If your items are lost or delayed, please email myself at [email protected] quoting your order number and we will do my best to investigate this for you.

Postage Claims

If your parcel doesn't turn up when you expect it, please contact myself as soon as possible. You must contact me a maximum of 10 days after your expected delivery date in order for me to progress a claim with Royal Mail.
Signed For delivery is classed as delayed if a delivery attempt hasn't been made within 3-5 working days (First Class Signed), 5-7 working days (Second Class Signed) of its expected delivery date.

Customs Information

I am unable to calculate and are not responsible for any customs or import duties levied when the goods arrive in your country. Delays may occur in customs which effect the delivery time quoted and this is beyond my control.

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

I hope that your product reaches you in great condition. If you think it’s damaged or faulty, please contact myself at [email protected] and I will contact you, to rectify the issue
Returns on bespoke/personalised items will only be accepted if the product is faulty.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, please contact myself via email or my website if you want to return your item. Please note that items are returned at the customers’ expense and we recommend that your returns should be sent by recorded delivery, I will not take responsibility for goods which do not reach myself.
You will receive your refund credit/exchange order (when in stock) within 5 working days of myself receiving the goods. I endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Your refund will exclude the original delivery charge (or cost, if the item included free delivery).

Discount Codes

Discount codes are offered in adjacent to my loyalty card scheme. Please refer to Loyalty Card tab for more information.

At Callie’s Sparkly Gifts I ensure I maintain the trust and confidence of both visitors and my customers to my web site. I want you to be aware that Callie’s Sparkly Gifts will not sell/rent/trade email lists with other companies/businesses for marketing purposes. In order to serve you both securely and efficiently, reputable third-party banking (including PayPal) and distribution institutions handle our credit card transactions and order fulfilment. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order. All such organisations are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.
