FAQ's

How can I pay for my order?

I accept payments via PayPal, a service that accepts all major card type payments in which you do not need to sign up for to use. I do not accept cash or cheque via the website.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I post to all over the world. Postage costs differ from place to place dependant on state in which you can find more information in the Postage and Shippings tab. If your country is not listed then please feel free to contact my via email: [email protected] with the order that you wish to place and I will be able to investigate this for you.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

I am to get all items dispatched within 42-78 hours (Monday-Friday) but this is subject to change during busier periods. Please refer to Postage and Shippings tab for more information. Personalised outfits/t-shirts etc can be up to three weeks in which full outfits need to be ordered minimum 3 weeks before the special date. Dresses are 6 weeks minimum.

Can I return an item?

Returns are valid 14 days from delivery and will be fulfilled where possible. Please ensure all details/order details are correct before proceeding to checkout.

Where is my order?

If your items are lost/delayed please email myself at: [email protected] quoting your order number and I will do my best to investigate for you. Please refer to Terms and Conditions tab for more information.

Postage Claims

If your parcel doesn't arrive when you expect it to please contact myself as soon as possible. Contact must be made maximum of 10 days after your expected delivery date in order for me to file a claim with Royal Mail.

Signed for delivery is classed as delayed if no delivery attempts have been made within 3-5 days (First Class Signed), 5-7 days (Second Class Signed).
