Dispatch Time

It is my aim for dispatch times to be within 24-72 hours excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

Please note during busier times (Christmas, Summer Holidays etc) my dispatch may differ however, the website will be kept updated for any changes. Please also note, larger custom orders will take longer (Birthday Outfits, Tshirts etc) due to stock replenishing. Please keep an eye on your emails for further updates.

Postage Costs

All your orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed for First or Second Class. Delivery usually takes up to 5 working days from dispatch. This time may increase during busier periods stated above. I obtain proof of postage on all items sent which allows protection for both the buyer and the seller.

Postage on most standard Uk orders are £2.50 and small parcels are £4.95 (First Class). Again this can differ depending on your order quantity.

Republic of Ireland

Postage to Republic of Ireland orders on most standard orders are £8.25 using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, small parcel orders are £11.50. Again this can differ on your order quantity.

Overseas

Please contact myself if you require a shipping quote from any country that is not listed. I will return your email within 48 hours with a shipping quote.
